In this episode Martin Perdomo "The Elite Strategist" Interviews Leka Devatha the co author of the only woman in the room. Leka has been investing in Real Estate for 8 years and completed over 45 flips with currently six million dollars of assets under management. Leka moved to the United states from India 13 years ago. She decided to quit her corporate job at Nordstroms in 2014 and the rest is history. She currently host a monthly meet-up in her market of Seattle, WA which she has named Real estate at work. The purpose of her meet-up is to bring new and seasoned investors together to create winning opportunities for all.
In this episode Leka shares the one thing she has done consistently to get her success in her Real Estate Investing Career. She shares the advice she would give her younger self as an investor and what a new investor should do to get started in this market.
